【Veterinary Drug Name】

【Active Ingredients】 Florfenicol
【Traits】This product is white or white-like powder.
【Pharmacological Effects】See the instructions for details.
【Drug Interaction】(1) Macrolides and lincosamines have the same target as this product, and both bind to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, which can produce mutual antagonism when used together.
(2) It may antagonize the bactericidal activity of penicillins or aminoglycosides, but it has not been proved in animals.
【Function and Use】Amide alcohol antibiotics. Used for pasteurellosis and Escherichia coli infection.
【Usage and Dosage】 For this product. Oral administration: 0.1～0.15g/ kg body weight for pig and chicken, twice a day for 3-5 days;50-75mg for fish, once a day for 3 ~ 5 days.
【Adverse Reaction】This product has certain immunosuppressive effect when used at a dosage higher than the recommended dosage.
【Precautions】(1) Chickens that lay eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.
(2) Breeding chickens should be used with caution. It is embryotoxic and should be used with caution by livestock during pregnancy and lactation.
(3) Animals with severe immune deficiency or vaccination period are prohibited.
(4) Animals with renal insufficiency need to reduce the dosage or extend the interval of administration.
